Contact the company or person that is hosting the contest. You must ask them to WHITELIST your IP address.

How do I fix this problem?

- If you are using a VPN, disable it.

- Try entering with a different email address. Use a common email address like Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other major providers. Email addresses from custom domain or odd service providers can cause issues. Also, certain .ru email domains can cause issues.
