How to run a LinkedIn giveaway with SweepWidget

Learn how to make a giveaway that rewards users for doing LinkedIn actions. This article covers all of the LinkedIn entry methods.

LinkedIn Share

SweepWidget allows users to gain entries by sharing a LinkedIn post.

Admin view

To enable this entry method:

1. Navigate to Ways Users Can Enter.
2. Click on LinkedIn > Share Post.

3. Fill in all required fields.

Public view

The user must click the Share To LinkedIn link.

Then, they must login to the LinkedIn profile and the post will be shared automatically. The user must then confirm the username they shared with to get credit.

LinkedIn Follow

SweepWidget allows users to gain entries by following a LinkedIn user.

Admin view

To enable this entry method:

1. Navigate to Ways Users Can Enter.
2. Click on LinkedIn > Follow.

3. Fill in all required fields.

Public view

The user will be asked to visit a LinkedIn profile and follow it. They will receive credit for this entry after verifying the username they followed with.
