* This feature is on the enterprise plan.
With custom SMTP, you can send transactional emails directly from your custom domain email. This means that verification emails, confirmation emails, and rewards emails would be sent from your domain instead of sweepwidget.com. Example: it would come from you@yourdomain.com instead of no-reply@sweepwidget.com. This feature is particularly important for brands that want to have complete white-labeling.
How to add custom smtp?
Navigate to Integrations > Custom SMTP. You must have a SendGrid account to integrate your custom domain email.
Switch send all transactional emails from your custom domain to Yes.
Enter your sending email, name, and SendGrid API key. Now all transactional emails will be sent from your custom email!
